The front desk staff seemed distracted and couldn't provide assistance when I faced issues with unexpected charges on my bill. Additionally, the check-in experience felt cold and impersonal, lacking any warmth or helpful information that one would expect at a hospitality venue.

The location next to the park was amazing! The room was clean and comfortable, but I wished for luggage trollies—had a tough time with my bags. 🍪

However, the hot tub was out of service, which was disappointing, especially as the maintenance staff couldn't provide information on its status.
